飲食無法辨別美味。形容憂慮煩躁或忙碌勞累的樣子。唐·白居易〈初授拾遺獻書〉：「臣所以授官已來，僅將十日，食不知味，寢不遑安，唯思粉身，以答殊寵。」也作「食不甘味」。
